| First Assembly of God offers many opportunities for newcomers to get connected. Including special events throughout the year we have regular opportunities for you to engage with others. |

| Newcomer's Reception |
The best way to figure out if First Assembly is right for you is to attend a newcomers' reception. Scheduled throughout the year, these informal after-church sessions allow you to hear about our history, what's coming up next and how you can get connected. This is also your opportunity to ask questions, meet the staff and enjoy some snacks! |

| Community Groups |
We believe strong churches are built on a foundation of personal relationships - the kind that strengthen in an environment of faith and fellowship. Community groups give us that way to connect. Groups meet throughout the week in homes across the community. The format is typically a 30 minute Bible study with 6-12 people, followed by dessert and conversation. There is no better way to get plugged into First Assembly than to join a Community Group.

| Membership Classes |
Membership is more than just signing on the dotted line. It is statement that a person is fully on board with the direction, vision and mission of First Assembly. It is not just affiliation with the the church, but a commitment to partnering with us to reach our community. Short orientation classes run several times a year. You'll connect with church staff and explore what it means to be a member. |
